At the end of the course participants will, in conjunction with the tutors, complete their personal development plan based on the output from their personal profile, learning from the course and feedback from the tutors. This will further support their personal learning journey and incorporate the Scotwork Advice Line, the Scotwork “Toolbox”, line manager support and further Scotwork Training.
The Scotwork advice and coaching service which gives participants lifetime access to their course tutors to help with on-going coaching or if advice is required for a particular negotiating challenge. This service is included in the fee.
EMBEDDING SUPPORT
A 60 min conference call with participant line managers to share with them some of the tools available post course so they can support participants in keeping the skills alive post training
CONSOLIDATION WORKSHOP (OPTIONAL)
3-6 months after training we can come back in and one day consolidation workshop. This will provide an opportunity to consolidate skills and focus on their application in real world situations.
NEGOTIATION EMBEDDING WORKSHOP (OPTIONAL)
Concurrent with the training leaders attend a one day embedding workshop. This will give them the language and tools to role model, support, assess and coach participants enabling sustained behaviour change.
