Advancing Negotiation Skills

The ANS course provides you with the knowledge and skills to manage complex negotiations in a professional, ethical and competent manner, and to drive better deals in situations where long term relationships are important. The course allows you to:

  • Understand the structure underlying all negotiations and learn how to use this to manage the negotiation process
  • Identify the appropriate skills and techniques that drive successful negotiations
  • Practise and build skills in a constructive learning environment with coaching support from our negotiating experts; and
  • Deliver behavioural changes that provide more confidence, better deals, faster agreements, and a significant return on investment.
