Andrew’s commercial experience has been gained in the UK grocery sector having spent time working in both retail procurement and sales management. He joined Sainsbury’s as a graduate trainee before joining Wm Low as a buyer where he cut his negotiating teeth working with suppliers to develop the range and profitability of several key categories which eventually led to his first people management role leading a team of buyers and their major negotiations.​

Andrew subsequently joined Scottish Courage Brands where he spent time honing his commercial skills in national account management and Director of Sales roles.​
